Ferrets Awaiting Medical Release
Forever Homes Wanted Ferret Rescue
These ferrets have joined the rescue and require vaccination and medical release. We list them
because with a bit of time they will join the ranks of adoptable and adopted ferrets and find
their forever homes. Forever Homes Wanted Ferret Rescue reserves the right to interview and
approve possible ferret adopters prior to adoption. There is an $85.00 adoption fee. This is to
cover medical care, housing, and food for each ferret in our care. We will not adopt to minors.
Missy -
I am a 4-6 year old dark sable female who was dropped at a pet store after being found on the side of a road. Luckily I was turned in to
the rescue! I need adrenal surgery and I just LOVE ankles!
Socks -
I am a dark roan mitt male, about 5 1/2 years old and I came here with Steve, Butterscotch and Baby. We had a loving home but we
had to move due to unfortunate circumstances. I am a bit sad and quiet right now, but I will feel better when I get used to things here.
I am waiting for some shots and then in a while I might be ready for a new home.
Steve -
I am a sable male, about 6 1/2 years old. I am a quiet guy and like lots of love.
Butterscotch -
I am a very active dark eyed white male, about 3 1/2 years old. Watch me bounce off the walls - whee! You can't hold me for too long, I
have places to go, and ferrets to see!
Baby -
I am cage mates with Socks, Steve and Butterscotch. I am a sable male, about 3 1/2 years old. I like to play like Butterscotch, but not
as hard. I like to snuggle too.
Gina -
I was living on the streets, basically, with a druggy, but now I am here at the rescue! I am an inquisitive girl, not afraid of anything! I
will be ready for a home once I get my shots and stuff. My friend George was here just for a few days, but he taught me lots of fun stuff,
like how to climb to the tops of the cages. Now I play with Socks, Steve, Butterscotch and Baby. I wonder what they will teach me?

I am a rambunctious male, and I like certain girls only. I can beat up my friend Zorba. I am waiting for shots and to see if I have any
other issues.
Jenny -
I am a picky, small, spry girl. I like to have my own place.
Stardust -
I am generally a quiet, laid back girl, but I'll double team anybody with Jenny's help! I am waiting for my hair to grow back
